Pharrell Williams x adidas NMD Human Race

Pharrell has been is not-so secret weapon since he signed with them and his next
attack looks pretty potent. He’s remixing the already hot NMD runner as a part of his Human Race Collection and it looks to be an absolute
scorcher.The is a pretty recognizable silhouette but for the purpose of this release,
it’s been scaled down a bit with a revamped lacing system. The heel support anchored in the midsole now also doubles as a sort of lace
plate. The sneaker is given a bright yellow upper with the words “Human Race” splashed across their upper in bold black lettering.

The proliferation of knit sneakers has made water an even bigger enemy than it was before. If you absolutely dread a cloudy forecast for fear
of soggy socks, fear no longer–as adidas has heard your cries and finally answered your prayers.
The has been cast in this great new colorway that is completely waterproof.
The colorway isn’t compromised for the upgrade either; as the model is given an aggressive black build with a grey toe box adding a bit of
contrast. The white midsole adds even more contrast to the mix making this sweet model even more saccharine than the others that have come
before it.

Even if you aren’t a fan of the Olympics, the fashion that it spawns is truly something to behold. This time around, the games have prompted
adidas to give us a subtle new Stan Smith colorway that’s for champions only.
This goes for the gold by way of the glistening details on the tongue, heel and
side paneling. The gold foil detailing covers those three areas and bounces off the grey nubuck upper with an incredibly high contrast. A
white outsole and lining wraps the look up, and adds even more contrast to the already juxtaposed mix.
